Quality Policy of the FLI
The quality management of the FLI ensures the trustworthiness and reliability of test results obtained by its laboratories.
A quality management system according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 is the basis for the recognition of the institute’s test results by the authorities of other countries, industry and other laboratories.
Critical evaluation of test results in combination with quality management measures ensures the highest possible reliability of test results and their subsequent assessment. Each step performed in the accredited areas must be documented so that it is reproducible for the laboratory staff and the auditor.
The laboratories of the FLI have been audited by the Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle GmbH (DAkkS) and are re-assessed at regular intervals.
