National Research Data Infrastructure for Immunology

IfI

Duration: März 2023 – Februar 2028

Funding: DFG

NFDI4Immuno is a National Research Data Infrastructure (NFDI) consortium. Its goal is to establish an open infrastructure for FAIR-compliant research data management (RDM) with and for the German immunology community. The vision is to create a network of federated repositories containing all data describing the state of the immune system and to provide tools and services that enable integrated analysis of this data across the network. The FLI is responsible for integrating relevant data from veterinary medicine, such as AIRR, transcriptome, flow cytometry and microscopic data, into the immunology data network to promote veterinary immunology and the One Health concept.
